About the position

The Group HR department is currently consisting of four people. As an HR Manager you will report to and work closely with Head of Group HR.

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with recruitment, employment law and compensation and benefits experience, who can support our HQ organisation in all operational HR related issues.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Provide the full range of HR hands-on operational and professional support to our HQ organisation, including employees and managers outside Sweden.
  • Lead and support HQ managers in recruitment processes.
  • Secure manager on-boarding.
  • Manage and administer salary and incentive programs.
  • Provide insights and practical advice based on confident knowledge of Swedish employment law.
  • Counsel managers and employees on Polygon policies and practices.
  • Project lead HQ and Polygon Group HR initiatives.
  • Take active part of the global Polygon HR community, contributing to Polygon common HR transformation projects. 

Who you are

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources management or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR best practices and current Swedish regulations and EU directives.
  • Hands-on experience of compensation and benefits processes.
  • Experience from implementation of company wide HR systems and processes.
  • Ability to use data and make analysis to make informed and sound recommendations on people policies and practices.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written Swedish and English. German is meriting.

  • companies with field-based or blue-collar employees.
  • PE owned companies.
